I'm 52 yrs old in menopause us showed 1.6 cm ovarian cystic lesion as indeterminate- on one ovary -bilateral ovary flow on color dopplar and no free fluid - c125 normal (29) some symptoms gyn says 3 mos recheck? should i ask for more tests? surgery

Ultrasound shows Left Ovary Measures 2.2 X 2.2 X 2.7 and has normal color Doppler flow and arterial/venous spectral Doppler waveforms. There is a 2.2 cm cyst in the left adnexa which is likely ovarian in origin. I am 51 post menopausal ?
