Cyst ovarian rupture during surgery can my gyn still find what cand cyst i have on pathology and the ovary saved?

Depends on the: Type of cyst. Cytsts are a normal part of the ovulation process and a ruptured follicle cyst may heal completely without leaving any evidence. A ruptured pathological cyst may be recognizable if the affected tissue is removed and submitted to a pathologist for examination.

No: If they find a cyst they can aspirate it, but they won't be able to find the original rupture. If you ovaries are only causing occasional issues and you want to keep them then go ahead and keep them.
