Not cervical cancer: I'm pretty sure you're the same person who asked a similar question a few weeks ago. Cervical cancer does not cause leg pain of any kind. Whether or not you have cervical cancer or are at risk for it (e.g. abnormal pap smear? Positive HPV test?), the calf pain is an entirely separate problem. Follow through with plans to see a doctor about (both?) problems.
