Had sudden hearingloss in right ear overnight.had decadron injections.it is 7 days since prosedure. there is no improvement.the problem now is i have a constant tinnitus hissing in my ear after injection.will it ever go away ?.it is 24 7 noise.

To tinnitus: In hearing loss cases due to trauma of extremely loud noise the development of tinnitus can be the first sign that hearing is returning. Therefore, hang in there and keep hoping. Of course your Otolaryngologist is better qualified than I to answer your question.
