Go back to doctor: Rocephen is a wonderful abtibiotic but very strong sounds like you may be having a reaction go to your doctor ASAP

Your ear and sinus: infection could be worsening, or you could be developing a hypersensitivity (read: allergic) reaction occurring against one of those agents or whatever oral antibiotics you are put on. Or you could be hyperventilating and panic attack. There are many possibilities, and you would need to see a healthcare provider for proper exam and diagnosis. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
