My tinnitus has got severely worse it feels like very loud flowing in my left ear which is now constant. why has it gotten worse over last few weeks? i have also been feeling weak and light headed which comes and goes?

The combination of unilateral tinnitus, hearing loss and vertigo is a reason to check for the presence of an acoustic neuronoma,a brain growth. I'm not sure if this fits your profile, but I feel that a consultation with a neurologist or otolaryngologist is warranted.
