Tech put on new gloves and drew my blood with butterfly needle, then i noticed when she dabbed me to put on my bandaid she had blood on her glove. could she have gotten blood on her glove from the tube from my blood from the butterfly needle?

Sure: That is one reason we wear gloves when doing blood drawing or other procedures. We often get patients' blood on our hands... so gloves are good protection. If the tech put on fresh gloves, then any blood seen on the gloves should be fresh blood.
