My 2 year old keeps on having random nosebleeds is this something to be concerned about do i need to take him to a dr?

Common issue: These kids usually are responding to irritants/fumes that cause them to rub their nose with fingers or into the pillow at night. The capillaries inside the nose are fragile & this breaks them. Washing the kids nose out occasionally with saline nose wash or applying a saline nose gel before bedtime can reduce the frequency.
