Many things: Urinary tract infection can cause fever, abdominal pain and frequent urination. Nose bleeds in children is relatively common and usually due to allergies and excessive dryness. A comprehensive exam and lab tests would be required to determine the cause of these symptoms and how many of them are linked.

Pediatrician: Your 3 year old child with fever,constant stomach aches,nose bleeding and frequent urination needs to be taken to a pediatrician soon. It is impossible for us to guess what is wrong without a careful histry and physical exam. Good luck.
