I assume she has no other bleeding issues. If nose bleeds are always from the same nostril, check the membrane for any sores or lesions. Otherwise, determine if the membranes are dry. If so apply a very thin amount of white petrolatum to the nostrils each night. If frequent nosebleeds continue, have her pediatrician examine & advise you. A referral to an ENT specialist may be recommended.

Nose bleeding along with rectal, gum bleeding, or easy bruising certainly needs medical medical attention. You may try a simple home treatments first-running humidifier at night time in the child room, applying vaseline inside nostril(s). If no help, have her seen by a ENT physician.
