Epistaxis: Cold, nasal congestion, stuffiness, allergy, too much sneezing, rubbing, forceful blowing are common causes. Dry crusty nose can give nosebleed. Frontal headache is usually due to nasal blockage and sinus congestion. Common remedy like saline nasal spray and blow gently to clear the passage ; otc decongestants help. During nosebleed sit, lean forward, pinch nose for 9 min, put cold on nose.
