Desperate. 2 negative us and negative diagnostic mammogram. 36 male. enlarged right breast and areola. tender. pain and numbness from neck thru hand. saw doctor at breast center. he diagnosed gynecomastia and said bc is ruled out. any thoughts?

Can get another...: Can get another opinion, such as from a neurologist to see what might be causing the pain or numbness sensations in the neck and hand. A breast surgeon can give another opinion on the breast. Extra opinions sometimes are not covered by insurance. When symptoms or questions are not simple, paying for a second exam and opinion is a good idea.
