A member asked:

Does breast cancer in a male cause the entire arm to be numb, tingly, and stiff? right areola and breast enlarged and tender. had ultrasound found nothing and they diagnosed gynecomastia. did they get it wrong and it is csncer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: Male breast cancer does occur but is rare while gynecomastia is not. Medications & other medical issues should be explored as a cause. Surgery could remove the excess tissue & be sent for pathological review if this troubles you.
