I went to the doctor about a week ago and my doctor said that i have a vaginal yeast infection. she prescribed me some metronidazole 250 mg tablet to take twice a day for seven days but i dont think the infection is gone. what else can i do or take ?

Metronidazole: Metronidazole is NOT an effective treatment for a "yeast infection" Contact your MD to see if the infection was something other than yeast and re-consider the Rx.
