Dual diagnosis: Your doctor may be treating you for yeast infection and or bacterial vaginosis. I am not sure if your doctor examine you or he/she is assuming you have one or the other condition, so your doc is treating you for these 2 most common vaginosis conditions. Both medications would not affect each other, so they can be taken together.
