Hi doc my 17month old son has red swollen gums and its not like when he is teething,also has white pinple like spots on lower lip nd tongue. how can i help him??

Evaluation: You can help him by having him evaluated by a Dentist, preferably a children's dental specialist, a Pedodontist. The pPedodoontist can evaluate the lesions, determine their cause, and provide the appropriate treatment. Anything else would be just guesswork. ALL children should have their 1st dental check-up no later than their 1st birthday, so no, it's not too soon.
