Evaluation: You can help him by having him evaluated by a Dentist, preferably a children's dental specialist, a Pedodontist. The pPedodoontist can evaluate the lesions, determine their cause, and provide the appropriate treatment. Anything else would be just guesswork. ALL children should have their 1st dental check-up no later than their 1st birthday, so no, it's not too soon.
