I had seen a flea go into my penis, i forced it out,and then discovered that there were four more in there i got them out too, is it possible that i have a tape worm in my penis, do tapeworms feed on blood, or only live in your digestive track?

Unlikely: Not a likely location for fleas or worms. Would definitely recommend talking to your physician and getting a comprehensive exam. Tapeworms are usually present in the digestive tract, not the urinary.
