Since i petted stray cats many times and got bit by fleas sometimes, should i get tested for roundworm & tapeworm? no symptoms nor seen worms.

Worms: Most likely not required. Sometimes the sign of infection is anemia which will not give you symptoms until very severe . But in general not a bad disease, so should be okay to wait. Discuss with your doc.
