Hi, im always having headaches. mainly in my temple part on each side. it leaves me in a state of confusion. should it be a sign of an aneurysm or tape worms!? this has been going on for several years now?

Not typical of aneurysm or tape warm. Typically that kind of headache that has been going on for years is due to tightness of the muscles on temple part of both sides of the head and that often comes with clenching your teeth at night. Do you do that? If not best to see Neurologist and have evaluated.
