Chronic and persistent mildly enlarged and geographic tongue x 2+ yrs. some foods make it worse, but nothing makes it better from the constant baseline. painful, red, with white outlines. could this be connected to other autoimmune stuff i have?

Geographic tongue: Yes. Geographic tongue has been associated with psoriasis , diabetes, Reiter's syndrome, atopy , seborrheic dermatitis, HLA-B51, HLA-DR5 HLA DW6 HLA Cw6, nickel sulphate and B-2 deficiency. Similar lesions can be seen in lupus as well. Follow up with rheumatology. ,
