Bloat: Bloating is a sign of water gain. As such I think you are losing fat, but turning it into water which is common. A tea with mild diuretic effect may help to get the water off- dandelion or horsetail good choices. Other factors would be are you doing things to increase lean muscle mass- exercise (especially HIIT), protein intake, activity. Although frustrated, I think your are going right way.
