Eat more natural.: In my natural weight loss program, we emphasize what, when and how you eat to lose weight. We have researched the science of weight loss, and recommend eating natural as much as possible. Avoid processed foods and drinks. Have a cut off time for eating, so that you don't eat after a certain time at night. Don't eat (or drink) anything with calories for three hours before bedtime. It works. Try it.

See doctor: Average person needs around 2200 calories per day and if someone is eating just 1000 calories , they should be loosing weight . Bloating and sore stomach on eating food would indicate need to see doctor . I would recommend you to consult your doctor.
