You : You need to increase your overall calorie count and the protein you are taking. I would not recommend pills or special shakes as the ingredients might not be approved for breastfeeding. Regular milkshakes would be fine. Try to increase the amount of red meat, dairy products, and healthy foods in your diet. If your weight continues to decrease please have a medical evaluation to be sure you don't have a condition that is causing your weight loss.

Increase calories: Weight loss is a result of more calories burned than calories taken in. I would be careful using nutrional supplements unless they are clearly safe for breastfeeding.
