Healthy food?: As long as the calories are from nutritous food, that sounds okay. But it may be good to find out why you feel bloated so easily. See a doctor about that - perhaps remove or change or add something. Sources of calories are as important as number. So is exercise, rest , work and pleasure. Take care, live a balanced life style.
