Physical exercise: Is a great way to work through stress, reduce anxiety & let go of aggression. However, he doesn't always do 100% of the job. In addition to your work outs consider adding in meditation, tai chi, yoga or qi gong. Acupuncture is also an excellent way to handle stress.
