how do you get rid of stress bumps?

Dr. Kathleen Mullane

Stress bumps: Stress bumps are due to histamine release and are also known as urticaria. First you need to make sure that there is no other cause of the bumps (i.E: doctor visit). Treating stress is complicated and 400 characters woun't cover it! stress reduction techniques need to be employed. Antihistamines or short term use of otc low dose topical steroids may be help.
