Control the fever: Central (brain) body temperature regulation in small children remains immature for a while (years), during which they may spike fever for little or no apparent reason. Once Drs rule out infection or other causes for fever, you need only keep it under control with Tylenol or Ibuprofen etc until they revert to normal
