My two year old had fever the whole day on the 9th november, i gave her empaped supporsetries. yesterday the 10th november she was strong and ate well and no fever. this morning she was feverish, does she need to be seen by a doctor?

Not yet: Fever is just a symptom, not a disease. If her current only symptom is fever, then you can just continue to monitor her. Your body develops fever to help fight the infection. White blood cells, which are one of the main infection fighters in the body, work better at higher body temperatures. Fever can be present for a week before you to worry and have child seen, as long as no other symptoms.
