What's wrong if my 10 month old has a fever for two days and a earach?

Give it a day or two: Could be an ear infection. If your child has no other symptoms and the fever responds to Motrin or tylenol, (acetaminophen) then i would give it a day or two and see if it resolves. If it does not, see a doctor.
