My two yr old has been sick for almost two weeks the doctor said it was allergies but she is throwing up clear liquid and runing a fever what's wrong?

She may have : Allergies then but, may recently contract some viral illness causing her to throw up and develop fever.If this persist , she will need to be seen again. Be sure to hydrate her and give her small frequent feedings.
