She may have : Allergies then but, may recently contract some viral illness causing her to throw up and develop fever.If this persist , she will need to be seen again. Be sure to hydrate her and give her small frequent feedings.

Re check time!: Fever with associated vomiting points in the direction of a probable viral rather than bacterial germ illness, but a re-check is worthwhile. Viral diseases are not treatable with antibiotics. Viral infection causes illness for a period of time, then it resolves and symptoms disappear as your immune system attacks the virus and your body recovers.
