Just a thought: Like many NORMAL individuals with occas PAC's , you are CONCENTRATING on your heart way too much! You should feel reassured by your Cardiologist..BUT I understand the situation you are in. TRY EXERCISE...Cardio probably "Best" but any regular exercise will decrease that anxiety!
