? Thyoid: Before declaring it to be anxiety, i would wonder about a goiter growing behind your sternum. Mention the possibility to your doctor. An ultrasound should be able to determine if you have any ectopic thyroid tissue. Perhaps some of my colleagues have some other possibilities from their clinical experience.
