My normal pulse is 70 but i am now taking bisoprolol. and my pulse is below 60 this is bringing on pacs which i never did have could this be the bb?

No: It's not the betablocker. Ask you doctor to check a flecainide level and adjust your dose depending on the result. Avoid alcohol, nicotine and caffeine. Get plenty of rest and avoid stress where possible. Finally accept the fact that palpitations are universal and you will have some sometimes. Noting your ablation, be checked for recurrent AF which is common after ablation.
