Heart palpitations, wore holter monitor for 10 days nothing happened during that time results were normal sinus rhythm. last night had rapid heartbeat felt in middle of chest bp was 154/88 high for me but is normal now 120/72. is this atherosclerosis?

A series of rapid heartbeats can occur spontaneously, and may indicate a response to stress, but if this is happening frequently, see a cardiologist for an exam , EKG and other testing. "Atherosclerosis" can be seen in young children (seen with imaging of the aorta and coronary vessels as calcium deposits).
