Cbc results received with white blood cell and red blood cell both are very low. rdw is very low, mpv is very low and hcg is high..i never had cbc this way before. i am not feeling well..i am feeling very week,ana test is positive. what can be?

Are you pregnant? If not, high hCG is an ominous sign a long with pancytopenia (low white and red cell counts). Positive ANA is a non specific finding. You need to be seen by a hemon (hematology-oncology) team if you are not pregnant.
