I have had red splotches on my eyelids and under my eyes for 6-8 months. I have had a full Myositis blood panel and CBC, c1, c4 all negative but my RNP is 1.7. With only a positive RNP and not ANA rule out mctd ?
Two years ago I had a postive ana. Recently I had a comprehensive ANA panel done and by rnp antibodies were 4.4. Could this be sle or mctd?
