I would suddenly get a rapid heartbeat up to 140-160bpm, feel dizzy/hot. did ecg, echo, stress test. its normal. i have a fatty liver 20 cm. can it be affecting my heartbeat? i also have anxiety but im taking medication for it. please help.

A lot to unravel : While this could be anxiety/panic attacks or even possible medication side effects, behavioral causes need to be a diagnosis of exclusion. I’d be curious, are you overweight? Underweight? Any rash? Joint issues? High blood pressure? Rare things I always like to consider with tachycardia and enlarged liver are hyperthyroidism, autoimmune hepatitis, and lupus.
