Covid-19: These symptoms sound like she may have Covid-19 (sore throat, headache, tummy ache, stuffy nose). Use Acetaminophen for pain and headache, drink lots of warm or cool soothing fluids, rest, and isolate her from others so that she doesn't spread the virus. See a Dr for trouble breathing, persistent chest pain, new confusion, lethargy. A test may confirm the diagnosis, but treatment won't change
