Seems my 6 year old son has a mouth ulcer ... will the over counter mouth washes and sprays cure it or is a gp visit needed. been 24 hours of mouth wash with no change. ?

Another OTC failure: If it is actually an ulcer there are treatments. But lesion may also be something else. See your Dentist for differential diagnosis and appropriate cure. Cure may be anything from observation to laser Rx to topical applications. But to know what to do, your Dentist has to first determine what it is.
