I have high blood pressure but i am an active person who doesn't eat badly. all other health indicators (cholesterol, glucose, hip-to-waist ratio, etc. ) are perfect except the blood pressure reading.

Hypertension: Most likely you have "essential hypertension", i.e. no underlying cause. All the things you mention can contribute to high blood pressure, are often absent. However, at your young age, you should be evaluated for possible underlying causes. See a doctor. Good luck.
