Some thoughts: Are you fatigued or sleepy? Some causes of either are lack of restful sleep, sleep apnea, underactive thyroid, adrenal gland insufficiency, iron deficiency, vitamin deficiency, depression, chronic stress, cardiomyopathy. A resting BP of 95/65 isn't unusual in young women but it should rise with exercise. Have you been checked for these conditions?
