Hello! i tried belsomra 20 mg. i could not sleep even with two tablets. why didn't belsomra help? diagnosis: chronic insomnia with anxiety disorder. i am taking escitalopram in the morning 10 mg. should i try rozerem before bedtime?

All are different: Everyone is a little different in what helps them. Staying on a regular sleep schedule with a wind down routine can be quite helpful, and necessary for some people I suggest trying 4-500mg magnesium glucoonate citrate or threonate-are most absorbable, often melatonin can help if mg not enough or effective
