Can't get enough D!: B12 is relatively easy to get from diet as all animal foods have B12, esp. sardines, salmon, tuna and cod- see http://whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=nutrient&dbid=107 But it's impossible to get adequate Vit D from our diet; we get D mostly from the sun; in fall and winter months the sun is too low in the sky for us to make any D. I advise 2000 iu/day of D3 in fall & winter. Or take cod liver oil.
