High b12: This is not uncommon in my experience. It means your intake has been sufficient. Be thankful. There is no toxicity.

Needs Evaluation: Elevated levels of B12 are non-specific but can be associated with bone marrow diseases like polycythemia. Best to be evaluated by a hematologist.
