I wouldn't worry about it. B 12 when taken by mouth is only transiently in your system. Any in excess of B 12 not needed/utilized by the body that day will flush out of your system in your waste. You develop problems from a lack of B 12, not supplements that assure you have it.

Most likely, Not- If one is taking B12 at the recommended dosage. If much B 12 is taken by oral route, however, then some skin problems like Acne and Rosacea might result.

Almost impossible to take too much oral B-12, as is a water soluble vitamin, and absorption is limited on a daily basis. But even high levels from monthly injections have rarely displayed significant reactions.

Agree with Dr. Ferguson. Oral intake of vitamin B12 will not cause toxicity. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
