Physical Examination: 36 y/o says, Rash all over body, like a heat rash? Depending on when and how it started, it can be one of countless possibilities. Rashes are are best diagnosed with Physical Examination backed up with a good history. If this is sudden; could be Allergic reaction. It might be reasonable to take an OTC anti-histamine and then go see the PCP as soon as possible.
