Physical urticaria: Cholinergic urticaria is not allergy. There is direct stimulation of twitchy mast cells when you are sweaty. Antihistamine will help. Zyrtec is best. Generic cetirizine is the same thing for less cost. Standard dose is 1 pill [10mg] a day. Some people take 2 or 3. Even 3 a day is usually well tolerated but a few people will feel drowsy.
