A member asked:

Does having a heat rash mean the body is not thermoregulating? or it is not sweating?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No NO: Means you have been hot and sweaty. Worse with tight or occlusive garments. If you fail to sweat in response to heat you will notice it at the time.
