After sweating/taking a shower, my body becomes itchy. this only happens when i take cold or lukewarm showers, not with hot showers. i dont get rashes, and the itch goes away w/ time or faster if i apply heat (ex. sunbathe).lotion does not help. why?

Are you sure there is no rash when you have the itching? There is an allergic condition called cold urticaria, triggered by cooling the skin. If that's it, you should see hives (welt-like itchy pink spots). See your personal physician, or a dermatologist. Good luck.
