Eczema: It may be eczema which is a dry skin condition that could be caused by allergies. Indoor dry heat could aggravate eczema. If you are asthmatic then you are more prone to developing eczema. Treatment includes moisturizers, antihistamines and steroid creams. Humidifiers can be helpful during the heating season.
